Mustard
Barbecue Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 Tablespoon green peppercorns, crushed
- 1 Tablespoon pink peppercorns, crushed
Directions
Reduce brandy by half over medium heat
Add the rest of the ingredients
Cook over medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
